Service Technician

A Service Technician job in Graham, NC is available through Belcan. In this role, you will perform installation and start-up of new water systems at client sites. To be considered for this role, you will need at least three years of mechanical industrial experience. This role is a direct-hire role with our client that offers world class benefits.
Service Technician Job Responsibilities:
Serves existing accounts by performing routine maintenance, analyzing work orders, planning daily travel schedule, investigating complaints, and resolving problems.
Develop effective, trusted working relationships with all customers; maintains customer confidence by keeping service information confidential.
Accurately document service/installation actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records.
Demonstrates safe work practices driving, in shop and work sites
Service Technician Qualifications:
3 or more years of mechanical industrial experience
Must have strong mechanical skills; technical and electrical experience a plus
Knowledge of a proper use of hand and power tools
Reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings and work instructions
Working Conditions:
Industrial setting
Hours usually 7:00 am to 5:00 pm, varies according to project load.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
